Return & Exchange Policy

The LT Swag Shop is volunteer run and is a part of the Lake Travis Men's Basketball Booster Club, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  As such, returns and exchanges are only available when there is an issue (wrong size, tear, wrong color, etc.) with the item that you have purchased. 

Exchanges and returns are available ONLY for unworn and unwashed items and must be made within 30 days of purchase.  If you would like to request an exchange or return, please complete this form.  We will respond to your request as quickly as we can!
